Welcome to our 1.5-hour family friendly stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) lesson!

Whether you're a beginner looking to try out this exciting water sport or an experienced paddler wanting to improve your skills, our lesson is designed to cater to all levels. With a maximum of eight people per session there will be an abundance of hands on coaching time. 

Join us at Lake Rua for a 1.5-hour session and we will guide you through the fundamentals of SUP in a safe and enjoyable environment. SUPs and safety equipment is provided.

We will cover a safety briefing and equipment familiarisation before heading onto the water to learn the basic paddle techniques, stance and how to manouevre the board.

There should be time for some games or a small journey to put those skills into practice! 

The minimum age for this activity is 8 years old and all children must be accompanied by an adult on the water.

Please note: If your lesson is postponed due to weather, we will either provide the option of an alternate location or your lesson will be moved to the next available date.

Huānyíng cānjiā wǒmen shìhé jiātíng de 1.5 Xiǎoshí zhànlì shì jiǎng bǎn (SUP) kèchéng!

Wúlùn nín shì xiǎng yào chángshì zhè xiàng lìng rén xīngfèn de shuǐshàng yùndòng de chū xuézhě, háishì xiǎng yào tígāo jìnéng de jīngyàn fēngfù de jiǎng shǒu, wǒmen de kèchéng dōu zhǐ zài mǎnzú gège jíbié de xūqiú. Měi cì kèchéng zuìduō bā rén, jiāng huì yǒu chōngzú de shíjiàn zhǐdǎo shíjiān.
